They didn’t stop until the service was reliable, because Gravity was chasing them up to make sure everything was working as it should. The guy from NBN was really good, he even left me his private number and asked me to call him if there were issues the next day.’

Three months later, business is running smoothly for both Inspire Ability and Business on Purpose. And Ian couldn’t be happier.
