“If this problem went on for any longer, the consequences to our productivity, profitability and reputation would have been not only inconvenient, but harmful to the business’ growth,” said Jodie.

Gravity IT centralised EPS’s various business platforms, including their emails and servers, under one online system – SharePoint. They also implemented a universal system within Microsoft 365 where staff can access client files anytime, anywhere.
