Since having Gravity come on board to manage our IT we have seen remarkable improvements with our overall IT functionality. Gravity inherited lots of problems that our previous provider was unable to resolve. Their professional response to resolving our problems and the transition to being managed by them was a breeze and eased any anxiety we may have had about making the change. The business is running more efficiently now that we’ve overcome those initial challenges. The stand out for us though is the approach-ability of the team at Gravity.
