With our old provider, the internet dropped out all the time. We reported the problem to them ten times, but they didn’t do anything. Not only did we have poor internet, the process of getting help was terrible. Since we switched to Gravity IT, there’s been zero dropouts and no hassles at all. I never go to work now wondering if the internet is working, it’s just a given that it will be.
