K & M Knight Electrical provide quality electrical services for project home builders across both NSW and Queensland. With a dedication to excellent workmanship, customer satisfaction and a drive to provide quality electrical installations, they are one of the area’s largest electrical contracting companies.
With nine staff members in two states- K & M Knight Electrical have offices in North Lakes, Queensland and Gateshead, NSW- there was a logistical challenge of operating both locations with the same processes and systems.That’s where Gravity IT stepped in.
‘Previously we had a different provider and recurring issues’ says Accounts Manager Emily Maxwell.

Linking the two offices to the same server creates better efficiency and consistency for K & M Knight Electrical as they do business.
But life happens. And the internet goes down.
New neighbours moved into an adjacent office next to K & M Knight Electrical, there was a mix up and someone cut the phone and internet lines.
No internet.
No emails.
